With the beauty industry facing an 80% churn rate in the first year, our mission is to provide equity-deserving groups—women, newcomers, and racialized entrepreneurs—with the mentorship, practical skills, and innovative tools they need to succeed.
Our vision is bold: to reduce industry churn from 80% to 50% by 2030 and grow 10,000 thriving small businesses across Canada. By combining tailored mentorship, technology-driven solutions, and actionable strategies, we’re creating a new standard of success—where beauty entrepreneurs no longer struggle to survive but confidently scale, innovate, and make meaningful contributions to their communities and the Canadian economy.
